Andrew Berlinger has over 30 years of experience as an architect, working in all phases of design and construction on numerous project types.
Spending over half of his career as an Associate at Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners, he was the project architect for many new and existing structures, such as 100 Eleventh Avenue (designed by The Ateliers Jean Nouvel), renovation of the fountain plaza at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro), and sub-cellar addition and restoration of New York City Hall.
Since joining Frank Seta & Associates as an Associate in June 2016, Andrew has been project manager for many major New York City buildings with various types of enclosure systems.
