David has over 8 years experience in all phases of Building Envelope Consulting, from design review/assist to construction administration and waterproofing. He is proficient in reviewing submittals from shop drawings, material data sheets, to conducting field sketches, inspections and report writing. Field experienced and knowledgeable in construction industry standards, field / lab testing, forensics, restoration, Local Law 11 (FISP).
David has great skills in communicating effectively with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Subcontractors and he is certified by the International Code Council as a Structural Masonry Special Inspector.
