Max Mercado has over 20 years of experience working in all phases of the architecture field, from conceptual design which then carries through the construction of a project.
In the year 2000, he graduated with a B.S. degree in Architecture and Urban Design at the Catholic University of Santiago, Guayaquil in Ecuador. Prior to joining Frank Seta & Associates in 2008, Max worked at Karl Fischer Architects and Rafael Vinoly Architects on a wide variety of projects ranging from new residential & commercial projects to landmark restoration projects.
Max has solid experience integrating design and technical elements into a wide range of project types, assisting in the creation and development of construction details for building envelopes. Through all the various phases of construction, Max has discovered that fieldwork experience, understanding of building components, and material interrelationships are crucial to a good construction process and even more so to an excellent project.
